Iram Asif is the founder and chairperson of Kafka Welfare Organization. Her main interest and focus is to enhance youth participation in decision -making processes through community dialogue. Iram has over 10 years work experience with National and International development agencies and NGOs.
Umair has over 6 years of work experience with International development agencies and NGOs. He is currently leading Kafka Welfare Organization as a founder/Executive Director. He has been a part of UNOSDP’s and Women Delivers’s Young Leaders Program. He is a Master of Global Sports Management from Seoul National University under Dream Together Master Program. His research based on Countering Violent Extremism among youth in Pakistan through ‘Sports for Development and Peace’ Program secured a best thesis award while competing to 27 countries. Because of his passion, skills, and competency in the field of peacebuilding, education reforms, SRHR, HIV/AIDs, Child marriages and Youth Development, he won make a difference award by British Council London and tile Hero of Pakistan from Samma TV Pakistan. Moreover, he has been associated with different global campaigns as a youth ambassador.
